Meet at the Millennium Exhibition Centre at the front entrance.
This class includes strengthening exercises and cardio to rev up fat loss and achieve full-body toning, with special emphasis on core strengthening. It is designed to be baby/toddler friendly, with the child along in the stroller or accompanying the parent during floor work.
